I have had a reality check with my mother this week.  It’s time to get in gear and do something about it.  I know I’m not happy with me…and I haven’t been for some time, but I do not want my son to have to go through what I just had to go through with my mother.  It’s not going to be easy, but I have to do something!  It’s time to make time for me!  I have more weight to lose than I ever thought I would, but I’m the only one that can do this…no one else can do it for me!
