I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day!
I have really done pretty well today. I stayed OP today without using my Flexies OR swapping my Activity Points!
I got up this morning and walked 3 miles with my WATP tape. I also did the poses and techniques from my You Can Do! Yoga DVD. We also cleaned today! Although my whole weekend should have been spent cleaning…I got in some family time and some cleaning…and some exercise!
I certainly did not forget to say a prayer
for our soldiers and the families who have to be without family members in order for us to have the freedoms that we have. For any member of those families that are here in that situation, thank you. I know it can’t be easy for you.

As hard as it is for me to get through it (as I sit there counting the minutes until I am finished with it!), I feel so much better after my workout! I walked my two miles…worked a little on my upper body, but probably not as much as I should! I feel so much better now that I have finished it for the day! I took a couple days off last week and I could feel it! I got tired so much earlier in the evening! I guess even on the days when I’m not going to do 2 miles, I need to at least take a leisurely walk or something else! It’s all about choices! Just like WW…and I’m doing pretty good there so far too. Trying to make better food choices! I was so excited that the scale showed my efforts last week. I hope it shows again this week! Weigh in is on Tuesday so I’m very excited!
